Heebie-Jeebies

I had to look up that expression after Jim was saying that's what I get when we go to the trailer.  Heebie-jeebies is used to describe a feeling of anxiety, apprehension, depression or illness.  I have no idea why this is happening to me after all our years of camping, but I'm now safely ensconced in our apartment and things seem to be getting back to normal for me.  I've been back to the trailer on several occasions for a few hours while Jim tends to his lawns and gardens, but I'm so relieved when I'm safely back in my little nook.

Hot, hot days!

We've endured some incredibly hot days this past week, and I'm not handling them very well.  When the inside temperature of the trailer hit 93F with the air conditioner on, we decided it was time to move our poor cats and me home until things have cooled down significantly.  I'm keeping an eye on the long range forecast, but so far I'm quite happy here in the apartment!  Jim and I enjoyed another great train adventure up to Ottawa on the weekend and a lovely visit with my siblings and their spouses.  We had fun using our Magic Jack phone on our computer on the train with VIA Rail's free WiFi.
